President Asif Ali Zardari on Monday paid tribute to security forces for eliminating three Khariji terrorists in an operation carried out in Dera Ismail Khan.

The president, in a statement, said that the effective operations by the security forces were playing a vital role in dismantling terrorist networks.

Commending the operations by the security forces to purge Khyber Pakhtunkhwa of terrorism, he said that the actions against Fitna al-Khawarij under the vision of Azm-e-Istehkam would continue until the complete elimination of terrorism.

President Zardari reiterated that the nefarious designs of terrorist elements operating with external backing would be thwarted at all costs.
