Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that every child has the birthright to receive education in their mother language, as learning in one’s native tongue strengthens confidence, nurtures creativity, and promotes equal opportunity.

According to the press release issued by the Media Cell Bilawal House, the PPP Chairman, in his message on the occasion of International Mother Language Day, said that Pakistan’s rich tapestry of languages reflects the beauty of its diverse cultures and traditions. “Every mother tongue carries centuries of wisdom, poetry, struggle, and dreams. To protect our languages is to protect our collective memory and secure our future,” he added.

Reaffirming his party’s commitment to cultural pluralism and inclusive development, Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that unity does not mean uniformity. “A strong Pakistan is one that celebrates every language spoken within its borders,” he stated, urging policymakers, educators, and communities to safeguard and promote mother languages for generations to come.
